Regulations for the use of the whirlpool spa tub
For the purposes of these rules and regulations, the term “whirlpool spabath” (or interchangeably “spabath”) is understood to mean the HL – 2002 whirlpool spa bath with dimensions of 280 x 230 x 97 cm, with 4 seats and 2 reclining seats, located on the premises of the Sunny Hill Cottages in the pool area, in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool, in which the maximum water temperature reaches 37 degrees Celsius.
For the purposes of these Rules and Regulations, the term “Facility” shall mean Sunny Hill Cottages.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The spa tub may be used, in accordance with the provisions of these Rules and Regulations, only by persons accommodated at the Sunny Hill Cottages (hereinafter referred to as “guests”).
- It is forbidden and impermissible for guests of Sunny Hill Cottages to make the spa tub available to persons not accommodated at the Property.
- Use of the spa tub may take place from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., the Facility is subject to curfew, during which time use of the spa tub is prohibited.
- The facility does not charge an additional fee for the use of the spa tub by guests of the Sunny Hill Cottages.
- The use of the spa tub by minors may only take place under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian or actual guardian of the minor.
- At the same time, the spa tub can accommodate 6 people, 4 of them in the seats and 2 in the reclining seats. Each person using the spa tub is required to occupy one selected place. It is unacceptable for two people to use the same place at the same time.
- The use of the spa tub must respect the right of other guests of the Facility to quiet and rest in their accommodation.
SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
- The use of the spa tub is allowed as long as you wash your entire body in the shower immediately before entering the spa tub.
- Activation of the spa tub should only be done using a dedicated control panel.
- The person starting to use the spa tub, when the device is turned off, before entering the spa tub is obliged to:

- remove the external cover from the spa tub to protect the device from getting dirt from the environment inside,
- put the cover down on the concrete platform in the immediate vicinity of the spa tub in such a way that it does not pose a danger to other people passing near the spa tub,
- verify that there are no objects inside the spa tub, the presence of which could adversely affect the operation of the equipment or pose a danger to persons using the spa tub (if you see any objects in the spa tub, immediately remove them before turning on the equipment);
- Using the control panel, turn on the hydromassage system.
- The person leaving the spa tub last is obliged to:

- Turn off the spa tub using the appropriate control panel button;
- Verify that no objects have been left in the spa tub by people using the tub (if you see any objects in the spa tub, remove them immediately);
- Protect the spa tub from dirt by placing an outer cover over the spa tub.
- In the event that any phenomena arise during the commissioning or use of the spa tub that raises doubts as to the proper functioning of the equipment, persons using the spa tub shall immediately notify the Facility.
- When more than one person enters and exits the spa tub at the same time, communication priority is given to the person exiting. In such a situation, the person wishing to enter the spa tub is required to give way to the person exiting so that he or she can leave the spa tub with full freedom.
- The use of the spa tub is not recommended for people:

- Suffering from any cardiovascular, neurological, gastrointestinal, urological, gynecological, dermatological ailments/diseases,
- Those suffering from cardiovascular or respiratory diseases,
- who have a viral or bacterial infection that may be contagious to others using the spa tub, as well as an infection that is transmitted by the droplet route or through bodily fluids,
- for whom a doctor has forbidden the use of equipment such as spa tubs, or for whom it is inadvisable to take warm baths or stay in high temperatures for long periods of time.
- Prohibited:

- Using the spa tub without first turning on the hydromassage system;
- Use of the spa tub in attire other than that intended for swimming pool baths;
- Using the spa tub naked;
- Entering the spa tub without first cleansing your entire body in the shower;
- Using any cleansers (e.g., soap, bath liquid, hair shampoo, oils) while bathing in the spa tub;
- Entering the spa tub with shoes on;
- Occupying places in the spa bath other than the places factory designated for this purpose;
- Entering the spa tub by means other than using the steps,
- Pouring water from the spa tub or adding water from the adjacent pool or any other liquids to the spa tub;
- Taking care of physiological needs in the spa tub;
- Spa tub dives;
- Use of the spa tub during the Facility’s curfew hours;
- Introducing animals into the spa tub;
- Use of the spa tub while intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or after the consumption of any other means acting similarly to alcohol;
- Consumption of alcohol/alcoholic beverages while using the spa tub;
- Consumption of agents acting similarly to alcohol;
- Eating or drinking any beverages while using the spa tub;
- Bringing glassware, sharp objects and any other objects into the spa tub,
- Jump into the spa tub from its perimeter or directly from the concrete platform surrounding the spa tub;
- Pushing other people into the spa tub against their will;
- Creating by your behavior dangerous situations for other people using the spa tub;
- Clogging or obstructing nozzles to prevent their normal operation;
- Unscrewing spa tub cover components.
- A person who, in connection with the use of the spa tub in a manner inconsistent with its purpose or with these regulations, causes damage to the equipment or causes any other damage, will be liable in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
